Client Testimonials

Customer service first and foremost. Arlene was amazing in coordinating the services with our schedule, Joe came right over, assessed our needs, chose the right product, demonstrated not only his skill but the products effectiveness, and then Jose came the following day and knocked out the job. Professional, friendly, and excellent experience, beginning to end.

Jose was very professional and efficient.

How the carpet looks after being cleaned and no chemicals.

You do a superior job of cleaning carpets. It looks like new after every service. I've used other carpet cleaners, but none compares to you. Thank you for doing a great job!

Lucas was our tech he was very knowledgeable and was ready to explain how the equipment he used worked we had pet issues and used the deep extraction in that area it appears to have worked well very satisfied will use zerorez for our next cleaning.

very prompt, excellent technician (Luke) and customer service fantastic.

Our carpet was a mess. We didn't have very high hopes of it's ever getting beautifully clean again. Boy are we thrilled with the outcome! It turned out beyond our wildest expectations!

Very professional: great job

Your service rep was very knowledgable and worked diligently at the job to make sure I was happy with the job.

Great cleaning; spots don't come back; great people.

Effective cleaning

No residue. Dries quickly.

No harsh chemicals.

I was able to get an appointment in just a few days, Zachary did a great job, and my carpet looks great.

Our rep was awesome! He was very clear on what he could do. We had bad cat urine in one closet and the treatments he did completely resolved the problem. Our carpets were beautiful clean and like new when he finished. We will definitely use them again and refer to a friend.

It was fast and the person that came did a good job.

First time using Zerorez and I think it worked out really well. The staff were very professional and it seems like our carpets are clean. It's so weird not having chemicals used and that the carpet seems clean and smells normal. They didn't oversale stuff and recommended only items I felt we could use. Liked the honesty!

Friendly, quick, and did a wonderful job!

fast and reasonable. They fit me into their schedule at the last minute.

Professional approach and I am interested to see if not using soap in the process allows the carpet to stay clean longer.

I was very concerned about the special treatment for pet stains as my husband is super sensitive to any smells. He never even knew!

Fast efficient. And the carpets look great.

professional, punctual, friendly, good results

Excellent cleaning job, friendly, and on time.

Avoiding harsh cleaning chemicals is very important to me, so I appreciate having an option for carpet cleaning that fits my needs. Every employee I've ever been in contact with at zerorez has been friendly and accommodating. Lucas did a great job on our carpets and was able to get the stink out of a room that a visiting dog used as a restroom. He even went back over a spot (when he was completely finished and packed up) to make sure he got all the urine up. I would highly recommend zerorez and Lucas to anyone in need of a family friendly, effective carpet cleaning. Thank you!
