Although Zerorez had not shown up for said appt.at 2 1/2 hrs late and when I called, it was yet another 1 1/2 hours beyond that, I was very, very pleased with the service, quality and character of the young man who showed up--Nick. He was beyond pleasant, up-beat and kept me informed of the process and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the result. Job performance was professional and done with pride. Nick seemed genuinely to care that I was pleased, especially since he had been so late. The only fault I find is in the scheduling of appointments and dispatch as I had to make 2 appointments to find out what was going on. Nick never complained of the position he had been put in; he simply performed the cleaning, answering questions on the process, providing a service that redeemed the lack of attention exhibited by dispatch. The young man who cleaned our carpets and recliner chair was very neat and thorough from the time he entered our home until he left.
He worked in a timely manner and explained everything that he did. I appreciated the protection that was placed on the corners of the walls
in each room and the hall. Care was given to protect all floors.. He also shared some tips that would help to continue to keep my carpets clean. You have a keeper there. He probably deserves a raise.
