I had an issue with floor cleaning being over promised to the extent of your services. However, Mike came out any made up for it with no excuses to do additional cleaning. The representative did not explain to us that our floors were beyond your services,and ability. I ended up having to do an additional several hours of hand
scrubbing to get them clean.

Rodney the technician who cleaned my carpets was very professional and thorough. He explained everything upfront and was actually in and out of my home fairly quickly. I loved that my house didn't smell like perfume after the cleaning and that all the puppy stains and animal smells are gone. The price of the job was very reasonable as well. Great job Zerorez!

Service profession that did carpets was polite and arrived ontime (unique these days). He was honest about his comfort level and didnt try to get job done and move to next. He treated my house as his own, spent the time needed to do correctly and did a great job.
