Excellent service and product. Marco and Antonio called in ahead and arrived on time. They were very professional, organized, and efficient. They provided me with information regarding our carpet and information regarding Zerorez's additional products for consideration, but they were not "pushy." Our heavily pet/soiled carpet came out great; the cleaning exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

Service was excellent. Only downfall is that it was quite expensive for a senior citizen and also a widow.

I would like to comment on the scheduling of my appointment. The call center was very helpful and pleasant to talk to; however, a mishap transpired. I called in to schedule my appointment to have two bedrooms, three area carpets and one shower cleaned. I was quoted $175.00 to have this work done and that the shower might be a little more to clean depending on how large it is. The information given to the service technician showed as five bedrooms to be cleaned and possibly a shower. The service technician started with the shower when he arrived, cleaned two bedrooms and when he started on one of the area carpets he asked if it was wool; it is a wool area carpet. He said it would be $3.00 a square foot to clean and would cost an additional amount from what was originally quoted on the phone to me. In my conversation with setting up my appointment I was never asked what any of the area carpets were made of. So I went from being told the cost would be $175.00 to almost $400.00 and something. I have to say I was a bit stunned and it made for a very uncomfortable situation between myself and the technician. He went out of his way to make a phone call and came back with an amount of $250.00 for everything that I asked to be cleaned including the wool area rug. Even so, if the information sent to him for cleaning five bedrooms for $175.00 and possibly a shower, which I did ask to be cleaned and which he did start with, doesn't make sense that I still ended up paying more than what was quoted by the call center.
The service was very professional and your service man was polite and very careful not to mar the corners of the house or furniture. He answered all my questions and left me with some spot cleaner and was done in a timely manner.
Very friendly staff, did a fast and thorough job. Carpet dried very quickly and has stayed clean.
