Excellent vacuum. Very powerful. Joe made it look easy with excellent results. He was very courteous and clean. He respected my walls by putting bumper guards on the corners. His looks reminded me of George Clooney Ha, Ha, Ha. The carpets were dry in just a few hours. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will be using Zerorez services again.

Our rep was awesome! He was very clear on what he could do. We had bad cat urine in one closet and the treatments he did completely resolved the problem. Our carpets were beautiful clean and like new when he finished. We will definitely use them again and refer to a friend.
