Excellent vacuum. Very powerful. Joe made it look easy with excellent results. He was very courteous and clean. He respected my walls by putting bumper guards on the corners. His looks reminded me of George Clooney Ha, Ha, Ha. The carpets were dry in just a few hours. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will be using Zerorez services again.

Lucas was our tech he was very knowledgeable and was ready to explain how the equipment he used worked we had pet issues and used the deep extraction in that area it appears to have worked well very satisfied will use zerorez for our next cleaning.
