Green product and excellent service technicians / Ron was so knowledgable I thought he was the owner. I fad done follow up questions and he made a follow up visit to answer my questions regarding pet issues. He busted out a $300 laser black light and scoured the entire carpet and tile floors to make sure there was no evidence of pet waste. I thought I was on a Criime Scene Investigation. Very happy with the service.

I did not like the way I was treated on the phone. I was promised a phone call before the worker was to arrive that never happened. The young man that arrived to do the job was great. He said that he replaced the person that should have come to do the work but he was held up. This is where I should have gotten a phone call. I had to call you to find out what was going on and you promised to call me and you never did. The young man that came did a great job and the problem was not his doing but the doing of the office staff.

Technicians were top notch, didn't have any wasted moves and knew exactly what they were doing.

AT FIRST, WE THOUGHT ZEROREZ ONLY CLEANED CARPETS IN HOMES/OFFICES, EXCLUSIVELY IN SACRAMENTO COUNTY. WHEN WE FOUND OUT THEY ALSO TRAVELED TO AREAS IN PLACER COUNTY, WE WERE EXCITED. THE ZEROREZ TECHNICIAN (JOSE) WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT. WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME, OUR STAIRWAY AND TWO LARGE ROOMS WERE CLEANED BEAUTIFULLY. AFTER THE CLEANING, JOSE RACKED OUR CARPETS, AND AFTERWARDS, OUR CARPETS LOOKED AS NICE AS THEY DID WHEN WE PURCHASED THE HOME TEN YEARS AGO.

The customer service department I worked with to setup the appoint was also very professional and extremely helpful. I loved the clean looking carpet and the fact there is no residue!! This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez and I would recommend them to everyone! I will never use any other carpet cleaning company as all the ones I used in the past, the carpet got dirter quicker.
