One suggestion....technician needs to talk with the resident regarding locking up.
I left home to do an errand and as I was arriving home the technician was about to leave....no mention of locking up. Luckily I came home.

Such a great company, really terrific, everyone agrees. Believe me. Other carpet cleaning companies? Total disasters! I only use Zerorez and all my friends only use Zerorez and I have many, many friends who know a lot about carpet. Zerorez is making carpet cleaning great again they really are, you can’t deny it.

Cleaning equipment leaves carpet dryer than other services used in the past before starting to use Zerorez. Technician inspected areas to be cleaned and explained outcome of cleaning to be expected, particularly pet cleanup. Repeat visit by technician seemed like welcoming a friend not seen in a while. In summary, my wife and I have been and are very pleased with Zerorez's service and are committed to using them again in the future.
