Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service i will use.
A couple years ago, we had a bad spill on our carpet. We tried a discount service and our carpet still wasn't dry by the next. (Sorry Zerorez)
Zerorez has great equipment that virtually leaves a almost dry carpet after cleaning. I appreciate how quick professional their technicians are.

Zerores is professional, courteous, and very careful not to scuff walls or baseboards while working. I’ve had great experiences each time I have used their service. They do a very thorough job on cleaning carpets and upholstery.

The grout went from nasty to brand new is less than an hour. Low odor and fast drying. Great for our house with kids and pets.

Technician was polite, clear, thorough and efficient. The carpets look much better and I appreciated how quickly the carpets dried.

Follow up is great. Had stains resurface a day after cleaning. I called and there was a service tech out within four hours of my call. He reworked the spots and it is perfect now. Great service!
