The products are everything the commercials say they are! The proof is in the end results!! My carpets are old, and I have used other cleaning services for years only to be AGAIN disappointed in the results. But Zerorez is so thorough and clean it broke down all that old old residue, and brought these old carpets to LIFE!! Zerorez is AMAZING!! My carpets look, smell, and feel better than new, because even new carpet has a chemical smell to it. This is CLEAN, FRESH, and BEAUTIFUL to see and walk on!!!

I love the product and service, but the price is a little high. It was over $500 to clean 3 bedrooms and the hall, and the technician was only here about 1 1/2 hours. He wasn’t able to totally clean all the traffic areas either.
