Was able to schedule service quickly, received telephone call reminder the day before as promised, received telephone call from Technician (Nate) advising of arrival time, prompt arrival, very competitively priced, and work completed within estimated time.
Technician Nate was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable. He educated me about carpet cleaning services, including dry time per room or hallway.
(I wish Nate could teach other contractors, that I've worked with, on how to be professional and polite.)

I was disappointed that my 8AM -10AM window turned into a 12:20 arrival. I had to change my heavily scheduled day last minute. BUT ... I was very pleased with Nate's demeanor and efficiency once in the door. The pricing was very reasonable. I'll recommend you but with the warning that a 2 hour window could be a 6 hour appointment.

Your carpet cleaner/representative, Rose did an excellent job. She was on time and explained the various steps that would be done. She was very thorough in cleaning our old and very stained carpets and they look great. I especially liked the fact the carpets dried within the 4 to 6 hour time period so we could move everything back, with no residue or odors. We have a long haired dog that I thought would be a major problem in cleaning the carpet but it was not one at all. Rose also took the time to give advice to get up stains instead of using harsh chemicals which also caused discoloration. Rose is an excellent representative for your company and we couldn't be happier with the service or outcome.
