Kevin provided excellent customer service. Not only did he clean my rugs, floor tiles, sofa and loveseat upholstery, he was very kind,thoughtful and respectful with a good attitude.

He was training someone on the same day and showed the same kindness and respect towards that person while training him in the process of cleaning the floors.

We like the fact that Zerorez uses non-toxic cleaning supplies. Our granddaughter is nearly 2 years old and at the stage where she loves playing on the floor. It is peace of mind for us to know that there is nothing harmful to her as she plays, rolls or sleeps on the carpet.
