Carpets looked great after cleaning. They dried quickly. Kevin Hunter was very professional, yet personable. He did a good job of training a new technician (James?), who also did a very good job. Appreciated how careful they were to protect wall corners and hardwood floors.

I really appreciated the carpet analysis to determine the best plan for cleaning the carpets. The communication was good but the time management not so great. The calls kept coming to give me timing updates but the time kept getting pushed back and made me late for my afternoon appointments.
Kevin was a really hard worker. I would request him next time we use Zeroeze.

I like the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Also, last year I had two stubborn stains that did not come out the first time Zerorez was out to the house. They came back, at no charge, and were able to get the stains out the second time. One year later, the stains (one was a 4 month old coffee stain) have not returned. I was not made to feel like I was being a burden or a nuisance and I appreciate the caring service provided.
The property you treated was a rental owned by me. I appreciated that fact that, other than my first phone call to you, you coordinated everything with the tenant. I did not have to be present, and the billing was handled very simply over the phone at the time the job was done. I have since been to the house, and am happy to report that the old, stained carpet looks like new.
Sean and Nick were extremely friendly and professional. They fully explained all the procedures and products and even helped me secure my pets in a bedroom before the cleaning process. They were miracle workers in getting out a stain that other companies had tried to get out (but couldn't), and even got the dirt out of the edges of my stairs. I'm a Zerorez customer for life!!

I do not like the fact I had a $121 quote, that is all the carpet I have in my home. He cleaned a 7’x7’ area rug to bring me closer to the $140 minimum service charge. The $121 quickly went to $178 and I tipped the driver $15. I would likely use on a regular reoccurring, scheduled basis if I could pay for the amount of carpet in my home. I should have just paid the $140 minimum.

Two things stuck out about Zerorez: the personable and knowledgeable service provided by our tech Kevin, and the very fast drying time of the carpets after cleaning. Kevin explained how the process works to clean the carpets without the use of harsh chemicals and the protectorate that was available helps keep the carpets clean for a longer period. He was very efficient and finished cleaning the carpets in two bedrooms and the office faster than we thought it would take. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends.
