Showed up early, was ready to work on time. Very carefully laid in hoses and baseboard guards and went to work. Best clean on 15 year carpets I’ve ever experienced. Dyson vac after drying show negligible residual soil. We’ll see if the claim of cleaner-looking carpets longer are true. Very polite and respectful young man.

My carpets have never looked as good as after a ZeroRez cleaning. They fluff up and stay soft and clean. And, I had a difficult stain that really wasn't difficult with Nick handling the problem. He cleaned it and a walkway in the carpeted bathroom. Both look perfect. Wonderful extra care was taken an you accommodated me by moving my appointment to meet my schedule. Excellent service and cleaning. Thank you.

Our Zero Rez Tech was Nick. I liked the following:
1) That he called when he was on the way here;
2). That the window they gave us was between 1:00 - 4:00 and he arrived a few minutes before 1:00!!
3). Nick was really into his job, proudly showing me the progress he was making along the way. He explained what the process was and what to expect as the result;
4). Nick was very knowledgeable and professional all the while being personable and kind.

Carpet was well cleaned. Technician was professional & knowledgeable.

Scheduling is easy. They were very good calling me to let me know the status of arrival. The technician was very good, friendly (even with my yapping dog), and he did a great job cleaning and explaining things to me.
