Scheduling was easy, appointment confirmation and reminder was appreciated. . The technician called 45 minutes before appointment and said they were on the way. Quality of work and care for my home was above my expectations. The equipment brokedown as they were cleaning my carpets. I was expecting the technician to tell me I would have to reschedule for another day but to my delight and surprise the technician quickly went back to their shop and brought a new cleaning van back to my home all in the same day and finished the job in a timely manor. I was more the happy with the service and quality of work.

Kevin and Xavier were the best. They were knowledgeable, did not try to upsell us, and most importantly - interacted with my 4 year old and cat. They kept saying "If I lived here, this is what I would do," which shows me they care about our results just like it was their home. My 4 year old daughter even gave Kevin a hug when they were leaving. We felt so confident and comfortable having them clean our carpets. Thank you Zerorez for having quality people on your team! I have been happy using Zerorez. I prefer the use of the Alkaline or acidic water instead of a bunch of chemicals. The carpets dry faster which is really helpful so you can get on with your life. This time I also cleaned my couch for the first time. I realize I probably should have done it sooner when it was just starting to get dirty. I highly recommend Nick Powel. He works hard and cares about the product he gets.

Your process makes sense and I have seen the results. Soaping up the carpets leaves a residue that then attracts dirt. At the completion of the Zerorez cleaning, the carpets are back to a square one and there is no residue to attract dirt. Now that the carpets have been cleaned a few times, the soap from the previous cleanings has been worked out of the fibers.

It was my first time using Zerorez and I have to say this will be the only company I use moving forward. I received a call from Leo the technician letting me know he finished up his first job early and wanted to know if he could arrive 1 hour earlier or I could stick with my original time? Big plus for me because he gave me the option of choosing versus telling me he was on his way. When the technician arrived he introduced himself as Leo and was very professional. He explained why certain areas had more dirt than others and what he would use to treat it. It took Leo no time to complete the job and I must say the carpet looks brand new! LEO! YOU ARE AWESOME! High-five!!
