After getting our carpets cleaned we had the tile cleaned and sealed also and it made such a huge difference. Again Nick was our tech and he did an awesome job going above and beyond to give exceptional customer service.

We were scheduled within a few days of calling for an appointment, the technician was courteous and answered our questions. He explained the cleaning products he was applying and was carful to place corner guards to prevent damage to our wall corners... overall a great experience.

The service man was courteous and on time. He stayed in touch while in route to the job. The job he did was fantastic and really restored the carpet. We had the couches cleaned and they turned out great. Highly recommend Zerorez!
