Clean carpet and attentive service
Everyone from the customer service representative to the two cleaners I met were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I had three rooms of carpet cleaned, two small rugs, and two couches for a very reasonable price. Plus, I had a pet stain in my daughter's playroom that I could still smell after the first cleaning. They explained that the overly concentrated pet urine spray I had used really traps the urine and and makes it near impossible to clean out of the carpet and padding with my Hoover carpet cleaner. They came back two more times without attitude, hesitation, or extra charge until the area was completely free of smell. They also informed me of a better way to clean my carpets with hot water and vinegar. They were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone!

So I had to have my carpet redone with a phase 2 cleaning..then a phase 1..cause my dog went pee again ..my carpet smells great and the new spot will need a phase 2 now and because the first one done with phase two and one came out so great I will be having Leo come back out again lol and my dog is now kept in the kitchen when unsupervised :) and because their prices are very affordable I was able to get this done without breaking the bank and Leo was very specific and thuro before he started too :) LT

We thought that the service techs pitch was to up sell. While a portion of this statement might be true, the results speak for themselves. Amazing restoration and a great job removing stains, including the competitors residue, with the recommended treatments. Thank you, our carpet looks brand new and close to new in our high traffic family room.

Leonardo was on time, efficient and very informative about the process. He was quick and he walked us through the entire process and he was very polite. He made sure we had reasonable expectations. He also gave us pointers to ensure the rooms dried as quickly as possible.
