I like the care that I saw taken. I rated a 10 based on that. I wish there would have been more time for them to inspect some of the pet urine areas. While the area looks very clean, the smell of pet urine is still present in some areas. I am aware of the service they offer to take care of this but wanted to see how the normal clean worked first.

We’ve been using Zerorez for about 10 years and wouldn’t use any other carpet cleaning service. The fact that Zerorez using no harsh detergents on our carpets and furniture which makes the carpets and material clean up like new.
