Kevin and Xavier were the best. They were knowledgeable, did not try to upsell us, and most importantly - interacted with my 4 year old and cat. They kept saying "If I lived here, this is what I would do," which shows me they care about our results just like it was their home. My 4 year old daughter even gave Kevin a hug when they were leaving. We felt so confident and comfortable having them clean our carpets. Thank you Zerorez for having quality people on your team! I have been happy using Zerorez. I prefer the use of the Alkaline or acidic water instead of a bunch of chemicals. The carpets dry faster which is really helpful so you can get on with your life. This time I also cleaned my couch for the first time. I realize I probably should have done it sooner when it was just starting to get dirty. I highly recommend Nick Powel. He works hard and cares about the product he gets.

Your process makes sense and I have seen the results. Soaping up the carpets leaves a residue that then attracts dirt. At the completion of the Zerorez cleaning, the carpets are back to a square one and there is no residue to attract dirt. Now that the carpets have been cleaned a few times, the soap from the previous cleanings has been worked out of the fibers.

I liked the idea that no harsh chemicals are used when cleaning the carpets. Also, the carpet was relatively dry when the cleaning was completed. Only a couple of hours and the carpet was dry.
The technician, Kevin H., was very helpful and explained everything completely. Kevin was great as I was added to his workload due to unforeseen circumstances. Has a great personality and was very pleased with his professionality.
