The 15+ year old rug cleaned up very nicely. I was impressed! And the service was excellent. The tech was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job.
Your employees were great and did an excellent job! Explained everything thoroughly too. We'd highly recommend Zerorez to others!
I highly recommend Zerorez ~ the carpet looks great! Taylor (Zerorez tech) did a GREAT job and is not only very professional but also very friendly and an asset to your company!
EXCELLENT RATING FROM US!!
products were excellent, refreshing to smell and they worked well on stains; not 100% but very close to it and I was satisfied; the workers very friendly and knowledgeable about their work; efficient also;
Prompt employees. Friendly. Effective product.
The tech was very informative, honest and friendly. He got me living room rug carpet clean after the other cleaner left me with a dirty spotted carpet.
they work!!!!! and you offer so many different services. Its great.
Price is great, great phone skills to handle my needs quickly, and the carpet is clean.
The products worked great. We were so scared that our carpet wouldn't get 100% clean due to the bad stains we had in our carpet. But in fact our carpet looks and feel new again. We love it and I never been so happy to have my carpet cleaned!!!! Thanks again
Very professional worker. Polite, efficient and personable. I assumed he was the owner because he seemed so invested in what he was doing. I thought my carpet looked cleaner than with other companies I've used.
The tech was wonderful, and our home smelled great!
Your service man Taylor was excellent. !!
fast and easy- cleaning lasts
The guy that came out to the house (1545 Long Cove Court, Raleigh 27604) was great, very professional and did a great job!
We were in desperate need of getting our carpet cleaned after our dog had a major accident in our bonues room. We called Monday and someone was at my house by the afternoon and Sacha Felix did a superb job!!!!
Zerorez is a company way above and beyond a typical carpet cleaning company. Sacha, our technician was so incedibly polite and knowledgeable about the services he was providing. I would reccomend Sacha and zerorez to anyone since the process was so efficient and successful at removing very difficult pet stains.
The clean smell. Other carper cleaning services I've used in the past seemed to have left behind a bit of an unclean smell. This is my 4th time using Zerorez and you guys do a great job. We had some traffic area spots that look great now! You guys are always on time and I like the idea that you call to update us on your arrival time.
My carpet comes out really clean and fresh. The technician is not pushy to sell more services.
What I don't like is that zerorez appears to be more expensive than the competition.
Great results! Very professional and knowledgable staff.
I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service from the time I made the appointment to the services received - I had some furniture of my Dad's being cleaned before he moved. "Justin" was very professional and called me on his way - he noted several areas on our carpet that needed attention but was not pushy. I will definitely use Zerorez for cleaning my own carpets and upolstery in the upcoming months. Thank you.
It was quick and removed the dirty spots. Appointment and the job done on the same day.
Serviceman was very polite and knowledgable. Also like the "no chemical" thing.
Sacha was quick and professional. My carpets look wonderful!
I especially like the results of your products and services - everything looks so new again!
Also, a very big plus is the professionalism and punctualillty of Zerorez. I would definitely use them again.
Thank you!
Like the fact that no chemicals are used & you have been able to get out bad stains - such as a grease stain that had been set for over 5 years & a terrible pet stain that was new.
Nice, efficient service and very good cleaning.
Great services, no harsh cleaning solutions, and very friendly.
Very quick dry time. Efficient service. A bit pricey, but if the stains do not "reappear", the cost will be worth it.
The service technicians are always very professional and friendly. They are also very willing to go back over any spots that I ask them to and my house always smells fresh and clean after the carpets are cleaned.
