The cleaning technician was professional and great. He was an upbeat and possessed a great attitude and appeared to love the company he is working for.

Professional; the tech, Mario, called me to let me know he was so many minutes away; explained the process without rushing; had a uniform with company name and tech name; wore shoe covers while cleaning the carpet--have never had anyone wear booties while cleaning carpet; the tech also didn't try to be pushy and upsell me on any additional products--he explained the protectant, but didn't pressure me to apply the product. Overall outstanding profession service and the carpet smells fresh and looks great. Highly recommend service.
