All of the personel were friendly, polite and helpful. After my carpet dried, there were streaks in some of the rooms. I called Zerorez about it and they were apologetic and sent someone out the next day to fix the issue. Chris did a great job and I appreciate him being so courteous and helpful even though he had to come back to clean the carpet again.
