I had waited to have my carpet cleaned for Christmas even though I was stretching my luck and it paid off. I am very pleased with the finish product and it looks like new. He took his time and was very friendly. I like the scheduling practice that you have; he called to let me know the exact time that he would arrive and I was able to meet him and go back to work.
