I like how clean my carpets got and how quickly they dried.
Carpet was restored beautifully. No after smells and residue. My service tech Peter was great and put attention to heavy soiled traffic spots. Peter knew his carpet business and gave me very good information on caperts. A friend had told me about Zerorez and how happoy he was with the company. So am I.
My sofa smelled clean without a strong chemical smell like the other company did.
I haven't had long enough to evaluate the results of the cleaning.

the technician, landon, was the best part of my experience w/ zerorez. he was professional and thorough but exhibited good common sense and fairness in his analysis of what to do and how to charge me for it. in addition, the process appears to have worked on the carpet. i have already referred you to some folks.
