Every associate is polite, fast, helpful, nice! This year the young man called me to say that he could be there early (like in 15 min), I was sitting in the chair at the hair salon! I asked him could he PLEASE wait 30 minutes, I would be there asp. He waited and was here when I got home. I cannot tell you what a help that was, I had triple booked myself that day. He was finished quickly, and my rugs look great!

Your product was extremely effective - our 8+ year-old carpet on our stairs (a shade of very light beige) looked almost new again after cleaning. The Service Tech (Mr. Felix) was phenomenal. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process and was very thorough in completing the job. He was also very patient, since he had to work around a group of contractors who were working in my house at the same time. Furthermore, I was grateful for his demonstration of additional area rug cleaning services that I might want to consider taking advantage of in the future.
