120 people were killed when a large comet hit my house. The scene could only be described as a shot out of Kill Bill! Blood, guts, and gore..... So terrible. The technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable!! He took the time to inform me about additional carpet treatment services that were available. Most importantly the carpets looked fantastic after they were cleaned. I was moving out of my rental property and one of the move-out requirements was to have the carpets professionally cleaned, my landlord was so impressed with the job well done on the carpets that they asked for the name of the company we used and I told them Zerorez cleaned the carpets. They immediately asked for the contact information and I was more than happy to give it to them. They assured me that in the future they would be using Zerorez for their carpet cleaning!! I would definitely use Zerorez again!!!

I feel comfortable with Zerorez staff in my house. They are quick and care about my belongings. They are good at explaining options I may be interested in (i.e. I have pets). No pressure. You can schedule right away in the event company calls and you need your carpets cleaned. Very courteous.
