I liked the service man who was very pleasant and said clearly what he could and could not do (as in he did not think he could completely remove a spot from the rug, but he could make it better--which he did). The furniture and rugs look like new--unbelievable actually!!

They did an excellent job. We had all carpets cleaned, one very used recliner and the air ducts cleaned. The house feels great.

This was the second time I called Zerorez for carpet cleaning. The first time was to clean the carpets of my mothers 4,000sf home before I put it on the market after her death. I was AMAZED at how clean the carpeting came ... even after remodeling traffic.

Clean, no residue, no odors. Technician was knowledgeable, polite, on-time (early, even), went right to work, explained the process, cleaned up quickly, made sure we were satisfied with the results.

The cleaning solution used was very effective and did not have an odor, which was a major concern of mine. Add to that the friendly and helpful customer service I experienced with the scheduling and billing personnel and you end up with one very happy customer. Does a good job, does not soak my carpets, professional service.

The technician was on time, and very professional. I was told before ordering this service that you could not guarantee 100% of the blood stains I had could come out, but he did a great job, and the rest of the carpeting looks great. I'm still working on the blood stains with hydrogen peroxide, which is helping.

Before and after results were great! Friendly customer service before and during cleaning.... Very pleased!
