You did a great job! We just moved here 3 weeks ago and I could not stay in this house because of an allergen. The previous owner had a dog and I am allergic to animals. We had our air ducts cleaned and the carpets cleaned. I came home after everything was finished and with in 2 minutes noticed how clean everything smelled. Your cleaning took care of my allergen and I am THRILLED that I can actually LIVE in this house with out being miserable. I am so very impressed with how NEAT the air duct service was completed. The service provider was very professional, on-time, courteous, and flexible. We requested service in a outpatient clinic on the second floor. The only way to complete the job was by taking apart the furniture and carrying it down the stairs. He did that with no hesitation!

I appreciated the prompt response to my call, the communication giving me a "time window" that the tech would arrive, then an actual call from the tech giving me 30 minutes notice of his actual arrival. He was dressed very professionally, in uniform with name tag. His van & equipment were very clean. He introduced himself, shook hands and proceeded to evaluate my cleaning needs- Ie: pet stains, high traffic areas, etc. He then did an expert cleaning job on my carpet, had me inspect and collected my check. He ended his visit by saying
