The technician was on time, and very professional. I was told before ordering this service that you could not guarantee 100% of the blood stains I had could come out, but he did a great job, and the rest of the carpeting looks great. I'm still working on the blood stains with hydrogen peroxide, which is helping.

I had put off having my carpet cleaned longer than I should have and I did not think anyone or anything could do the trick. Zerorez had cleaned this carpet over a year ago and I was quite pleased with the technician and the results, so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. The technician came in, cleaned the carpet and did a fantastic job. I called it a "miracle."

No chemicals. Service was very good. Results were excellent.

Your tech was timely, knowledgeable and not creepy. He was efficient and attentive
to our carpets needs. Our carpet looks like new. Our son had split his head open in the Fall and had bled on every stair, leaving gray stains behind after we treated it with hydrogen peroxide. After your cleaning last week, you would never know there had been blood on the carpet at all. The makeup on my daughter's bedroom floor also came up. Fantastic!
