makes carpet look almost new. no harsh chemicals
It seems to clean without an odor, however it did take longer to dry that we were told. We did have our air conditioning on. David was the gentleman who clean our carpets and he couldn't have been any nicer.
Tech (Sasha) was great at explaining everything as a first time customer. Offered additional services but was not pushy about taking them. Service and results were excellent

Technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Although I was disappointed that a chalk stain did not come out of the carpet I was pleased with the overall experience.
