Very clean carpet

I like the feel of the carpet under my feet since being cleaned with Zerorez products. I am so pleased with how the carpet looks and feels! Also the fresh clean scent, I never wanted it to go away! But it did after a few days and I wish it hadn't. Patrick was the 1st technician who did my service. He gave me a wealth of info about the products and service. He was a very nice and courteous young man. Matthew, another tech who came out, also was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous individual as well. I like the fresh clean orange smell. The fact that you do NOT use chemicals that are harmful to people and animals. Most importantly that the people you have doing the services are extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the product and services you offer.

This is a bank foreclosure house in a nice, gated community that we just bought and they obviously had pets, which I'm allergic to, and the house was neglected, run down and damaged throughout. All the carpets and walls were disgustingly filthy. Besides putting about $65,000 into the house to make it habitable, the house smells of pets as soon as you walk in. Because of my allergies the entire house will be painted and we are replacing all the carpets with hardwoods EXCEPT the only room upstairs, the huge bonus room, which will be my art studio. We were going to pull up the perfectly good, albeit stained and stinking of pets, almost new looking Berber Carpet upstairs too and replace it with vinyl flooring because any flooring is likely to get dirty anyway with my art projects. The only negative is that the vinyl would be much harder on my feet, knees, hips and back than the present deeper, softer Berber Carpet. And, of course, the expense to have the Berber removed, purchase the vinyl and have it laid. So I decided that for $109 to clean the stains and $89 to treat the pet smells, I'd give zerorez an opportunity to clean up the current Berber Carpet and it'd be a win/win. I'm amazed and thrilled with the results. Zerorez got every single spot out of the Berber Carpet and there are no pet smells upstairs anymore even before it was painted. Thanks zerorez. I'm now a believer.
