I have used Zerorez for several years and have always been happy with the products and the service provided.
Our carpet is over ten years old but it was mostly clean and soft after the cleaning--much better than we had anticipated! I like that you do not use a lot of chemicals and there is no chemical odors afterwards. Your technician was very efficient and pleasant--we hope he will be available the next time we schedule a Zerorez cleaning.
