You did an very nice job cleaning the house for my parents - 10132 Goodview Ct, Raleigh. Many stubborn stains came out - but a few new stains (brown rings) appeared. One of them was removed the 2nd time around. The last one remains - unfortunately. Your staff was friendly, prompt and professional.

I thought the customer service was great. Jennifer gentry raved about the product and helped get me all set up for my appointment. Allen, our technician was beyond polite and nice to our baby. He worked so hard I saw the sweat beading off his face and that let me know he was trying his hardest to do his best. He was knowledgable about the product and very personable. We would use zerorez again and 100% ask for him by name to be our tech again. I can't say enough good things about him!

The technicians who came did a very good job cleaning. They went out of their way to make sure I had good service after the scheduling team messed up my appointment.

The two guys came at the time they promised, got right to work and left within a half hour. I put my nose to the carpet and it smelled so clean. Another plus, they use their own water. I would highly recommend them!

One suggestion: It would be nice if the technicians wore plastic covering over their shoes each time they enter the house. It is pollen season and each time they leave and return they track pollen back into the house.
