Our carpet is over ten years old but it was mostly clean and soft after the cleaning--much better than we had anticipated! I like that you do not use a lot of chemicals and there is no chemical odors afterwards. Qualified service people and the quality of the work. If you point out a spot that has been missed, they gladly go over it again. We have used Zerorez three times in the past few years-for upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
