I liked the fact there is no soap or detergents used. I liked that the technician was knowledgeable, professional and nice. I didn't like the extra pricing per stain area - that can get expensive. We get carpets cleaned for stains, not just traffic areas. I'll let you know if the pet/blood stains come back up or not.
