My experience with the service was nothing short of fantastic. Efficient, courteous, carpet dries quickly and feels clean
Mat was SUPERLATIVE. Since there's STILL a little "dampness" in the carpeting, can't see the true results, but keeping my fingers crossed. Did I say . . . Mat was SUPERLATIVE?
Technician, Kenson Mcfarlane, was prompt and very courteous. Kenson explained what and how he would perform the work. He was very careful routing the hoses through the garage and house, up the stairs to the three rooms. Kenson confirmed the work and pricing before he started. The carpet is much better than it was, not great but then it is 20 years old.
