Matt was the tech who came out to clean our carpets. He was on time (he called to let me know he was on his way), very knowledgeable, and very personable. He thoroughly explained the process, answered our questions, discussed specific stains on our carpet before starting and again when he was finished. He was great! He got in, did the job and got out. It was a quick process.
I was impressed with the communication (both phone and email) from Zerorez before, during and after our appointment. I will absolutely use Zerorez again and refer them to others.

The crew was accommodating - we were uncertain as we talked about whether it would provide the benefit we desired. So we initially left the job open ended. They cleaned half of one room and showed us the results. We decided to proceed with the whole house. We were pleased with the results. I would say that the crew could have cleaned up the water left on the hard wood floors better. There were spills that we cleaned up after they left. But in general, they sought to work with us and to please.
Our technician, Greg, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He removed a huge stain that had been an eyesore for months and months. Our 13 year old carpets looked great! One reason the stain had reappeared was because the previous cleaner had left a soap residue. No so with Zerorez! We are very happy customers and will use Zerorez again!

The technician was very knowledgable however, our appointment was from 12-3 and he arrived at 9:58 in the morning and called when he got to our driveway to say that he was coming. I had to call the company about this. He left and then returned again at 11:30, but managed to call when he was 15 minutes away and this time it was ok. I didn't like that at all. Also, he forgot to do the walk in closet attached to the master bedroom and door was open so ther was no reason to miss this. IMy husband was here working most of the time the guy was here and told me that the tech. finish the entire home in about 2 hrs. That seems very rushed to me knowing the detail of work that was to be done. I am overall satisfied with the job but feel since we got off to a rough start all due to his lack of attention to detail in observing the appointment time. I feel this made him lack in providing us with the service that we had received from Zero in the past. Not as satisfied as when Sasha was here.

No harsh chemicals used, no sticky residue or string smell left behind. The service person had great attention to detail. She did the pre-treatment asking us first where the trouble spots were. She did a fantastic job on our staircase - again with great attention to detail. She did not rush the job. The carpets look new again!

He explained the benefits of using the Zerorez process over the traditional process that I've had other companies clean our carpeting with. He certainly knew his business.
