When I emailed for an appt, you did what you said you would do EVERY step of the way ( rare today): Staff called to set appt within promised time frame. Staff verified the appt the day before. I asked for early appt due to unexpected conflict and tech came early as requested. He was clean and professionally dressed and treated the carpet beautifully. It is noticibly clean now. Thank you.
