The personnel are professional and explain everything. My technician was very careful with my dog and was concerned that she not slip out of the house intentionally (she didn't). ZeroRez kept me well informed as to their arrival and optional services. They did a great job cleaning some old carpet and made it look much better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any size carpet cleaning job.

Please ease off on the relentless upselling-our $89 (for 3 (tiny/unrealistic) rooms) N & O coupon quickly turned into a $200 charge which did not cover/include needed spot treatment b/c we were already way over budget. Don't withhold basic cleaning services w/o surcharges. Technician tried to entice me to pay extra for spot treatment as "pet odor might resurface during cleaning!?".

Don't try to outsmart your customers-just serve them, provide VALUE, & the referrals will come naturally!

The upselling over the phone, then in person, was disappointing as a 1ST TIME customer.

I LOVED THE SUPER COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OFFERED BY GREG, THE SMELL OF THE PRETREATMENT AND THE FEELING OF KNOWING THAT THERE WOULD BE NO RESIDUE ON MY CARPET. IF YOUR RETRO PRICES WERE IN EFFECT MORE, I WOULD USE YOUR SERVICE MORE. THE NORMAL PRICES ARE OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I CONSIDER HAVING MY STAIRS CLEANED.

It's the biggest difference in the world ! My carpets look so much better. John did a fantastic job, paid close attention to areas that needed extra attention. He was very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone !! We enjoyed having him in our home.
