the carpet looked new after the tech came to clean it. the carpet is from 2007, so 11 years later it actually looks new... I was impressed.
The Zerorez company called the day before to give me a time frame when their cleaner would be here. The cleaner called when he was ten minutes out. He was courteous and he told me what he was going to do and went and did it. He explained how the scotchguard helps keep the dirt from grabbing hold. He finished the job and left. He was very professional.
Zerorez can clean up where other carpet cleaners leave as a residue of discolor that results in a patchy uneven look.
