I have tried off and and on for months to remove pet stains from my brand new carpet. And nothing would work. We have laminate through out the entire house and have just carpet in our master bedroom. We purchased the carpet before we got a puppy. In fact we had no plans at the time to ever get a puppy, so we did not have the carpet protected by anything when we bought it. The puppy left three urine stains that I honestly thought would never come up, but before I replaced our carpet in the bedroom, I contacted zerorez and now there is no trace. Carpet looks brand new and it was only slightly damp when they were finished. I highly recommend zerorez and would definitely use them again.
