The kindness of your technicians (James in particular) to talk to customers and explain the chemicals, and services being done. James also explained how to care for our carpets between cleanings. We would definitely recommend Zerorez and James to potential customers.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the results we got from using Zerorez! We had badly stained carpets from pets, drink and food spills, just really dirty. We expected that Zerorez would make a difference, but we never expected that nearly every stain would come up. We took pictures of the rooms to show to our children who live away from us and they could not believe the carpets looked so good. We had done our best with spot removers and home carpet cleaners, but hadn't had them professionally cleaned since we moved in 5 years ago. Our technician, Freddy, was very personable and professional. He informed me before he began what he was going to be doing and pointed out the spots that he would make look better, however, he couldn't guarantee they'd be completely gone -- but when he finished, they were all gone! We will be using y'all again and will be requesting Freddy to come back and work his magic!

The process was easy and done is a reasonable amount of time.

The technician was very friendly, professional and fast! He easily spotted pet stains and recommended the pet solution which sanitized and removed odors! I also went for then protectant which was sprayed on at the end and will keep any future stains from setting in and becoming difficult to remove. I would highly recommend Zerorez and I will continue to use them in the future.

Prompt service. Service Technician, Jovon was very professional, called to give us notice of his arrival time, went right to work as soon as he arrived. After he arrived we asked him if he could clean a section on our loveseat, so we could see if it would help the looks of it. Our initial request was for carpet cleaning in 3 rooms, but after his cleaning of the cushion we decided to have our couch, loveseat and recliner cleaned. Luckily he was able to go ahead and clean these for us that same day.
