Mike did a great job! We have off white carpet and one room had a lot of stains. Most of the stains are gone and the carpet dried in 7 hours. Mike also cleaned a room sized carpet in our family room. It looks brand new!

I really liked the work ethic of Dedric, who tried to clean the carpet. He was trying so hard to get the carpets clean, but I have tried and can not get them clean. The person that I called to set up an appointment is who I am disappointed with greatly. He talked me into paying for the carpet cleaning, promising that your chemicals can get coffee out of carpet. Your services are top rated, but your chemicals don't work.

I liked how quickly, efficiently the service man worked, and how he apologized for and corrected the mistake he didn't make. Didn't make excuses just fix the problem. Very professional.
