I love how fast it works & how incredibly effective it was. My expectations were quite low due to previous experiences with other companies (Stanley). My carpets dried in a fraction of the time it took with other companies & there wasn't that sticky feeling left behind. After seeing how zerorez was able to clean my, what I thought was hopeless, carpets, I am scheduling them to do my kitchen flooring & furniture! I will be a return customer for sure!

Very prompt service. We had an issue about the time of service time due to our elderly Mother. The guys at Zerorez very kindly did our carpets late in the evening to accommodate our time schedule.

Jon Houser arrived on time, introduced himself, got right to work. Very professional. Carpets looked great when he was done. "Upsold" me on carpet protection spray, so he's also good at marketing your products!!

My carpet dried quickly and Finn was great. Looks like the 2nd time was the charm. The
spots have not come back (yet).
I also liked not having to wait weeks to make an appointment.

I was pleased with the prompt service. The tech did a good job. One of my chairs still has a spot on the seat, but I didn't notice it till it was dry, and it may not come off. Don't know.

Jeff was great! Came in and got everything completed quickly and did just what he said he was going to do. The items that were cleaned look fantastic. So I said to Jeff, "I got your business name off of my radio station and Carl said he loved you guys from KPOJ (progressive talk radio). And he said well we love to advertise on the conservative talk stations. So I guess business is business but I like to frequent companies that have the same views on social issues that I have.
