John was very upbeat, energetic, friendly and professional. I was worried that all of the stains would not come out of the carpet, but amazingly they all did and the carpet looks fabulous. I like that Zerorez does not leave any residue on the carpet.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and did a great job. He took before and after pictures and it really showed me how much we were in need of duct cleaning. It really appealed to me that he offered to clean our furnace for free. I love the zero residue solution you provide. The carpets are outstandingly clean and fresh, plus they dried very quickly. My cat is *very* impressed as well. It was a genuine pleasure working with both Jen and Jon. When I set up my appointment, Jen answered all my questions, and followed up with a nice reminder call the day before the appointment. And Jon was friendly, efficient, and did a superfantastic job. A wonderful experience all around. Thank you.

I guess we were very satisfied with everything , the results, the technician,how quickly the carpet dried......the price was a little higher than other services we have used, so we'll see how long the carpets stay in good shape

Nice people to deal with (Hi Jen). Tech was fast and new what he was doing he left no stone unturned Plus didn't leave a trace that he was even here except a nice pleasnt smell of clean.

Jeff worked very, very hard! It was a tough job for one person and he made it look like a team of six did the cleaning. So far, everything is perfect and we are very pleased.

I like the fact that zerorez does not use detergent. My technician explained to me that they use water with a very high pH, 11.5, and that does the trick. I was amazed that he brought his own water, but then water from my hose would not have those special properties!

My technician got right to work and he really knew carpet!

Lack of chemicals and Over saturation means my carpets are ready for a baby to crawl on them faster and with greater peace of mind.

You were on time, the job was done in a timely manner, I was shown concerns but not pushed into buying anything extra, and the carpets look great!

It doesn't smell like chemicals right after the job was done... and the protective layer, though does have some smell, but ventilation after 5 hours and the smell was gone.
The technician showed up within the range he said he will show up, he was very clean and neat. He completed the house in about 2 hours, consulted with us what needs to be done and provided us with options of their current promotions. He did help move the sofa, so it was very helpful. The price was right and it was a great job overall.
