The cleaning of our carpets by Zerorez had us thrilled to see clean carpets with in a short amount of time. Heavy traffic areas cleaned up better than we expected. The carpets are soft again.

John was the Xerores technition that serviced our home. John was very curticus and efficient. He sold us as cleaning of our dryer vent, something that I have been planning on doing for several months. I was ammased at the good work he did and the effort he put forward to satisfy us. I will defintly recomend your service to anyone who asks for a erliable service.
The employee was very respectful and polite. He made it very clear what any surcharges would be before starting the work -- so there would be no surprises. He also was able to move most furniture and clean underneath.
