You can share name only!!! I like the thorough cleaning of my carpet. My carpet stays clean. It doesn't have that residue build up that comes right back after most carpet cleaning companies have left my home. The carpet is soft and does not have that feeling like there is a film left behind. Excellent staff to do business with in their office and in my home. They are respectful of your time, concerns and home.
The technician was very friendly and competent, gave me a good price on services, and did a terrific job of cleaning our carpet. I also like the fact that our carpet isn't full of a bunch of chemical residue after the cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

Our tech was very personable and friendly while explaining your service completely and suggesting what we needed. We were very pleased that we were able to schedule an evening appointment. The carpets were damp when we went to bed, but as our tech had told us, they dried very quickly. No dampness upon rising in the morning. The house smelled clean:)

Service was excellent - professional, timely, courteous, honest, and productive. I was surprised at how good the carpet looked and felt after being cleaned by Zerorez. The carpet seemed softer to the touch and the worn areas looked almost new again. I've used other steam cleaning companies in the past but I honestly think Zerorez is a much better cleaning system. I plan to use Zerorez to clean my carpets on a yearly basis.
Wonderful customer service, technican was very committed to ensure he knew what we wanted before he started work, no pressure to up-sale, made great recommendation on how often to have the carpets cleaned and explained why.
