Jon Houser arrived on time, introduced himself, got right to work. Very professional. Carpets looked great when he was done. "Upsold" me on carpet protection spray, so he's also good at marketing your products!!

My carpet dried quickly and Finn was great. Looks like the 2nd time was the charm. The
spots have not come back (yet).
I also liked not having to wait weeks to make an appointment.

Jeff was great! Came in and got everything completed quickly and did just what he said he was going to do. The items that were cleaned look fantastic. So I said to Jeff, "I got your business name off of my radio station and Carl said he loved you guys from KPOJ (progressive talk radio). And he said well we love to advertise on the conservative talk stations. So I guess business is business but I like to frequent companies that have the same views on social issues that I have. No oder after carpet cleaning! The rugs all look great and all stains appear to be gone. The technician was very professional, efficient and addressed all concerns very well. He really seemed to understand carpets.

When we managed to dump a full glass of iced tea on our newly cleaned carpets, Zerorez responded to the emergency the day I called and cleaned up the mess for a reduced cost. Stacy to the rescue again!
