The professionalism of the representative and the results of his services. We originally went through Angie's List and purchased a 3-room carpet cleaning for $99. The representative (Jeff) did the initial 3 rooms on Friday, and we were do impressed with the results that we contracted with him to come back on Saturday and do the entire upstairs (3 bedrooms and an office) plus the stairway. We were more than satisfied with the work he performed and would not hesitate to contract with Zerorez (and Jeff) again. Our 18 year old off-white carpet looks brand new!

Excellent results, even on a red koolaid stain. It didn't come out all the way but I don't have to put a rug over it anymore. Also, the carpet felt so clean, like when it was new!

As I thought, our carpet that I thought was so dirty, was just excessively worn in the major traffic areas. Jeff was very professional, but it bothered him not to be able to fix the worn areas.
