Great cleaning, beautiful results and smells wonderful! My only recommendation is that the service person be equipped with corner protectors for the wall and floor protectors. The equipment left marks on our wood floor and chipped paint from the wall in the hallway. Though you're cleaning results outshine Stanley Steamer, they take careful steps in avoiding damage during the cleaning process.

I like that there is no residue left in the carpet and you suck out the dirt and grime with hot water.

I was amazed at how clean and spotless my off white, 16 year old carpet was after ZEROREZ cleaned it! It was beautiful again! No spots at all and now that almost a week has gone by not one of the old spots has returned as it use to when I cleaned it myself.

There are no chemicals used, there is no residue for future dirt to adhere to. I feel like my carpets were removed of everything. Having made the mistake of trying to "clean" them ourselves with home rental appliances, I now feel that the effects of that has been removed as well. The technician was informative, timely and professional. I will never have my carpets cleaned by anyone (most of all myself) again. This is IT!
