the receptionist Jenn did an outstanding job. She was kind, courtious, and very knowagable. Justin our service tech who cleaned our carpets was very concientious.He has a good work ethic and was quite helpful getting the furnature back in place after the carpets were cleaned.

Your services are wonderful. However, my carpets are not as clean as they usually are. Many stains left, but my carpet was very dirty as I waited too long between cleanings. Your technician stated that the stains left were wear and tear. But it seems to me that the stains should have come up when cleaned! Sorry I waited so long between cleanings, but will use your services again.

The carpet looked like new and spotless after the cleaning. The technician was polite and courteous. I am very satisfied with the result and will highly recommend the service to my friends and family.

We had the carpet cleaned yesterday and it look wonderful. With kids and pets and many visitors, our carpet needed a good cleaning. We even had an area that had a milkshake spilled on it and the technician Jon was very diligent about working on the problem areas and made our carpets look like new. We also had are couch and recliners cleaned and everything looks great. Jon was great to work with and was very personable and worked vary hard to improve our carpets. I even teased him a bit that there is no need to work out in the gym after work as he gets a workout at work!

First Stacey was very polite and answered my questions. Carpets look very clean and dried within a few hours to the next morning completely. Professionally done. My only comment is that I thought a couple of pieces of furniture would be moved but were not. That could be my fault for not being clear. Overall, I'm very pleased and will call you again when I need my carpets cleaned. I think you should also leave a couple of cards so I can share with neighbors who asked who did I have.

Your service man Jared(?) James was just amazing. He was so conscientious, honest, and hard working and had genuine pride in his work. We have NEVER been as happy with a carpet cleaning as we were with this delightful young man. He is top notch. After 2-3 other carpet cleaning companies, yours got out all of the new stains and the ones the other companies couldn't that had been there for years.

My carpet is six years old and after a cleaning from Zerorez it now looks like it did when it was new. It smells fresh without the use of harsh chemicals that could harm my children or cat. Justin was able to remove some really tough stains! He was also very nice and professional. We would highly recommend Zerorez and will undoubtedly use them again!We could not be happier!

The service man who came to our house was very knowledgable about our carpet and how to care for it. He explained the treatment and got busy. He added the protective treatment. He did our sofa and love seat and they look so nice. The rug feels wonderful and everything smells so good.
