The technology works wonderfully. Our technician, John, worked quickly and efficiently, while being careful in our home. He acted professionally at all times and though he was friendly and approachable, was was not chatty. I appreciate this because I was able to be comfortable having him in my home and comfortable to ask questions without having to small talk for an hour; I had a house to sell and a million things to do. John was upfront with all pricing, even when we added a rug, sofa, and ottoman to be cleaned. We will certainly be calling Zerorez again when we find our new home.

Our cleaner was really professional and very hardworking yesterday! He was up front about the cost, kept in contact with me about the areas as he cleaned them. Also, I just believe in using alkaline water to clean. It's safer and usually more effective.

My service tech walked through all of my rooms and identified animal stains I was not aware of (I have two large dogs). I ended up cleaning more rooms than I intended and added odor guard to every room but it was worth it! The carpet looks and smells clean. I also had one room with carpet that is 30 years old - it now looks great which greatly surprised me.

The Zerorez technician that serviced our home gave me the break down of all the services, that allowed me to pick what I wanted to clean and budget for what I needed done at a future time. He worked quickly and everything came out clean.
The first service man arrived as scheduled and did agood job, but some stains remained and the company was quick to make a return call and fix the problem. The service man on the second call was very efficient and agreed a second visit was necessary.
The technician who cleaned our air ducts and carpet was very thorough, informative, well-mannered, and helpful. We like the fact that no carpet cleaners were used. The carpet felt clean and looked great. The before and after pictures that the technician took of the air ducts showed how effective the cleaning was. He courteously answered any questions we had.

The young man,Peter, who did my carpets, was excellent. He was helpful and respectful, and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and the house did not smell bad afterwards. This house had been a rental and the rugs were awful, very dirty. When he left they were actually clean again.
