We received a telephone call letting us know the gentleman cleaning our carpet would be late. I appreciated that. He was very friendly, explained what he was going to be doing and was finished very quickly. He pointed out a stain that showed up after the cleaning (not his fault obviously) and I appreciated that. The carpets are 16 years old and came out looking very nice. I am a little disappointed there was not that "clean" smell but I guess that a remaining odor may affect those with allergies.

The carpets were in dire need of cleaning and now they are soft and fresh. There is no smell to whatever product you use. And the serviceman was very personable, helpful and efficient.

Fast, Friendly at a good price

We were able to get an appointment on short notice that worked well for us. The service person was friendly, well informed and considerate. He came when expected and was fast but thorough in cleaning our carpets. We are very happy with the results as our carpets are far from new but look really terrific now!

The tech called before he came and came on time. He was efficient and courteous. I am quite happy with how the carpet came out and will not use the "do it yourself" carpet cleaners again.

Your rep was friendly and professional and on time. He was informative about the condition of the carpet and the job he was going to do. It's been a little over a week and my carpets look great. Spots that were there really came out and none are gradually coming back.
