I love that the carpet is not crusty and has no chemical odors after they leave. Our tech Jason was awesome, he was very informative and helped me understand different carpet types since we are in the market to replace our carpeting. He also went great lengths to make sure the really soiled areas were extra clean and then used a fan to help them dry quicker and to help to not have the stain reappear later.
Justin was very helpful and friendly. I am glad that there is no residue from the product.
