So easy to schedule an appointment on line. Received a call the day before service was scheduled and approximate time, then a call the day of service with approximate arrival time. Everything. Your technicians are very knowledgeable. They walk around your house with you so you can point out any particular areas of concern. They recommend what should be done and have the ability/equipment/product to get your carpet beautifully clean. The technician was friendly and helpful making several suggestions to get some bad areas clean. I appreciated all they did. My carpet hasn't looked this clean for quite some time. All my puppy "pee" stains are gone and the carpet is soft, bright and smells nice. I will never, never use another company to clean my carpets in the future.

Friendly, helpful service.

Professionalism and knowledge of technician. Clearly explaining all options, benefits and prices clearly. The amount of time and effort the technician, Justin, took to get our carpet and couch clean. He was the first technician to explain to me how and/or why certain stains act/react with the carpet and offer suggestions for getting them out. We have had red stains on the carpet for years and he was willing to not only try but succeeded in getting them out.

Very friendly and on time employee. He did a good job and was efficient.

Your man Pete, was knowledgeable about the service provided and the cost braeakdown. He explained well the condition of my old carpet and the added services that he provided (urine treatment). He working quickly and treated a few other spots that now look great. I look forward to using your services again in the future and am recommending your services to my neighbors.

NOTE: One apparently common condition that occurs on older rugs is the discoloration that takes place along the baseboards. If it is possible to design a vacuum head specifically to clean those areas, we folks would have another tools is your kit to make old rugs look new. Just a thought.

I like the fact that there is no oder and that the carpets not only look clean the "feel" clean. The is no residue that makes them feel stiff or sticky. They repel the dirt for a longer period of time than past services I have used. I have always been pleased with the service. Your techs are very polite and knowledgeable and honest. They tell you if they do not think they can do something but do the best they can. I will again use this service in the future!
