Though a bit more than what is charged generally for the carpet area of our home, knowing that there is zero residue is worth the extra expense.

Your technician had a tough job ahead of him. We waited too long before we called Zerorez. But surprisingly, we were blown away by how clean our carpet was after Zerorez finished the job. One of the reason's that we hesitated to contact a professional carpet cleaner was, that we had heard that some companies advertise a low price to get them in the door, and then start adding other charges that were not expected. But with Zerorez, the price we were quoted on-line was the price we paid! Absolutely no surprises related to price, but we were absolutely surprised by how clean our carpet is now. We now are ready to celebrate the holidays with family and friends. Thank you Zerorez!

On time, personable and friendly technician, THOROUGH cleaning, good advice re carpet care and how to extend the life of the carpet. This was my second cleaning with Zerorez and I've already made a note on my calendar to schedule another cleaning in 6 months. Would (and do!) highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Their system removed stains and dark spots that my carpet cleaner wouldn't even touch. It also greatly improved the look of a rather worn looking carpet. I highly recommend this company/service.
