He was absolutely fantastic. He explained why your way of cleaning is much better than other ways. I can tell by how clean the carpets is. I was so surprised that all the Grease and oil came right off, the carpet looks like new. You will do my carpets from now on.

My rug is nice and clean. It did take a little longer than expected. You should leave some type of paperwork when picking up the rug.

I am very impressed with the cleaning effectiveness of the highly ionized water. Having few or no chemicals in my home is important to me. My dark oriental rug was cleaned by an extremely high-end company five years ago, and since we are a "shoes-off" house, I wasn't sure how much cleaning it actually needed, so I was particularly surprised and pleased by how clean, clean, clean it is! It positively glows - bravo! The stairs and landing I had cleaned are w/w carpeted in a light color so I knew how much they needed cleaning and the results are also impressive. Thank you for a job well done!
