Your rep was friendly and professional and on time. He was informative about the condition of the carpet and the job he was going to do. It's been a little over a week and my carpets look great. Spots that were there really came out and none are gradually coming back.

There is no sticky residue. The carpet stays clean longer. The people are very nice to work with. Peter did an excellent job on our house, was very pleasant to work with, helpful in his knowledge and worked to make an affordable package to get done what we wanted to do.

Our technician was thorough, hardworking and willing to share his extensive knowledge of Zerorez products and services. We will request Justin for our next project!

Over the phone, Jen was so great to work with; she was exceptional, very friendly and willing to change times for my convenience even though it was my error originally; she was willing to communicate with the gentleman who came to clean my carpet about being done at a certain time so I could leave the house.

Price for 3 rooms is good
