I am very impressed with the cleaning effectiveness of the highly ionized water. Having few or no chemicals in my home is important to me. My dark oriental rug was cleaned by an extremely high-end company five years ago, and since we are a "shoes-off" house, I wasn't sure how much cleaning it actually needed, so I was particularly surprised and pleased by how clean, clean, clean it is! It positively glows - bravo! The stairs and landing I had cleaned are w/w carpeted in a light color so I knew how much they needed cleaning and the results are also impressive. I love that the carpet is not crusty and has no chemical odors after they leave. Our tech Jason was awesome, he was very informative and helped me understand different carpet types since we are in the market to replace our carpeting. He also went great lengths to make sure the really soiled areas were extra clean and then used a fan to help them dry quicker and to help to not have the stain reappear later.
Justin was very helpful and friendly. I am glad that there is no residue from the product.
